Clearwater Land Exchange is an Idaho
partnership . . . with partners that have specialized for more than 30 years in
complex, multi-party land exchanges. We organize the process leading to a transaction. We
are an agent for no party. We are creative problem solvers who try to understand each
party’s objective while arriving at "win-win" solutions.
