- Environmental benefits
, such as fish, wildlife and endangered
species habitat protection are our highest priority when we undertake
a project. We will not seek to finalize any land exchange that would
result in net losses to these resources.
- Public benefits
, such as public access to outdoor recreational
areas are priority #2 in our transactions. Public benefits are
secondary to environmental benefits.
- Administrative benefits
represent our third priority for land
exchange transactions. Administrative benefits will not be sought at
the expense of environmental and public benefits.
